Project DescriptionA self-initiated AI exploration that brings KAWS's iconic characters into the world of baseball. I developed two directions: KAWS figures at monumental scale inside Dodger Stadium, and a Father's Day story with parent and child figures sharing game day.
GenAI DesignDesign Approach
The challenge was keeping KAWS's recognizable style while making the characters feel grounded in a real stadium, with accurate uniforms, numbers, and team details. I started with a mood board to set the look, then generated each scene with AI and refined the uniforms, logos, and lighting so the figures sat naturally in every setting.
