Project Description

This project documents a free multilingual exchange event I organized in Nanjing from 2017 to 2019. Over two years, it grew into one of the city's largest language exchange gatherings, with a team of volunteer organizers and videographers. I led scripting, on-site coordination, and promotion, shaping how the event's story was told across its videos.
